6 Week Chest & Back Builder

Programs Runs: Feb 13th-March 24th

Pulse welcomes you out to participate in our 6 Week Iron Club.  This program is specifically designed to teach new techniques for maximizing muscle growth. We will be meeting every Monday at 7pm and Wednesday at 7pm for one hour to strictly focus on adding size and width to your chest and back muscles. This program will also include;

*2X Weekly closed group training sessions(Monday 7pm and Wednsday 7pm)

*Before & After pictures and measurements

*Personal Trainer with you at all times

* Weekly Check-ins

*Daily access to our private coaching group  

*Guided nutrition program

*Weekly guided home workouts
